The objective of this project was create a unique and high quality product for the paper company NEENAH. The subject that I thought up and designed was a collaborative piece between NEENAH and Studio Ghibli to commemorate Studio Ghibli Fest taking place the year I made this, 2024, in celebration of Hayao Miyazaki’s recent Oscar win.
The product itself is a series of dioramas showing off NEENAH's paper products while also featuring iconic scenes from the studio's most popular movies such as My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle.
Illustrations were made in Adobe Illustrator to mitigate any chance of distortion from pixelation that could occur if Adobe Photoshop was utilized and also allows for infinite scaling possibilities of the designs.
